PRICING & PURCHASES
SugarBaby is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed for sale on our website are available and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within a reasonable time frame to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
SugarBaby does not exchange products unless the product has been deemed to be faulty. Please refer to the ‘Returns Policy’ herein for more information on how to return or exchange faulty goods.
All items on our website are offered for sale in good faith. However, instances may arise in which SugarBaby will immediately withdraw an item from sale. Should SugarBaby become aware of a pricing error, the item(s) will be withdrawn from sale and immediate action will be taken to rectify the mistake.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
SugarBaby offers FREE shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $75 AUD. A flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies to all other shipments throughout Australia. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 working days, but this may vary depending on where you are located. When your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, which will include an Australia Post tracking code. To use the tracking code, go to http://auspost.com.au/track/ We do not ship Golden Glamour and Glossy Flossy to PO Boxes. If you're waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now,firstly check the tracking with Australia Post and also ensure that your shipping address is correct. You can also check your parcel tracking at your local post office or mail centre, as the Postie may have forgotten to leave a card if they called when noone was home. If you still can’t find an answer, email us with your order number and we can check into it for you. SugarBaby does not currently ship to international addresses. We understand that SugarBaby’s customer base is global and we are working to expand our shipping options. We appreciate your patience while we work through the logistics.
SugarBaby gladly accepts returns of all faulty items within 14 days of receipt of Your goods. Faulty items don’t often occur, however if You unfortunately receive a faulty item we will happily refund you the full amount incurred by You (cost of item + shipping costs). If an item You receive is faulty please contact SugarBaby directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please include details of the fault you have encountered in this email (photographs are acceptable for visible faults). Approved refunds will only be made to the original credit card used for the purchase. SugarBaby does not accept returns resulting from a change of mind, so please choose carefully. We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location unless deemed faulty along with proof of purchase.
